1 Introduction

Where a player is found to have registered or used lb18 while under the age of 21, or while otherwise failing the eligibility criteria above, lb18 reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all bets and transactions, and withhold or return any funds in accordance with applicable procedures.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use lb18 Services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on lb18. Opening duplicate accounts, multi-accounting, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your lb18 Account is accurate and current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number (associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet where applicable), and any other information requested during registration or verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lb18 login credentials, including your username and password. 4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on lb18 are subject to acceptance by lb18 at our sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from the lb18 system. lb18 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including in circumstances where we suspect abuse, error, or unusual betting patterns.

6.2 Odds and Markets

6.3 Void Bets

6.5 Maximum Payout

Where a player's winnings from a single event or accumulator exceed the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum.

7 Casino & Games

• Opening, operating, or using more than one lb18 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event on which bets are offered.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your lb18 account at any time by contacting the lb18 support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal procedures and any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12.2 Closure by lb18

lb18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms by the player; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or where continued operation of the account would breach applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon closure of an account for any reason, all pending bets that can be settled will be settled and remaining eligible balances will be returned to the player. Where an account has been closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, lb18 reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any internal investigation or legal process. Any bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms
